Warehouse Morning Shift Supervisor - Christchurch

Are you an experienced warehouse leader looking for your next step up? We're seeking a driven and people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our tight-knit team and help drive operational excellence.

The Role:

  • Morning Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:45 am – 2:15 pm
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Competitive pay: $26–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Location: Hillsborough, Christchurch

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a motivated warehouse team on the morning shift
  • Hands-on supervision, including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and labour planning
  • Ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution environment (essential)
  • Strong staff management skills – you're comfortable having performance conversations, resolving conflict, and getting the best out of your people
  • Excellent communication and a genuinely personable approach
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced setting
  • Long-term career focus – this role has genuine potential to progress into a Site Manager position for the right person
  • You must be able to pass both a pre-employment drug test and a police check
