Part-Time Spa Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Starting January 2026 – The Well Spa, Queenstown

The Well Spa is seeking an enthusiastic, polished & hard-working Part-Time Spa Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team from January 2026. We are a luxury spa located in the centre of Queenstown and thrive on creating unforgettable, relaxing and friendly spa treatments and service.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working 15–22 hours per week, with weekend availability essential. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, supporting the smooth daily operation of the spa while assisting with administrative tasks behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and delivering exceptional guest service
  • Managing bookings, schedules, and spa software systems
  • Handling payments, enquiries, and daily administration
  • Ensuring we meet daily targets
  • Supporting therapists with operational needs
  • Maintaining a calm, organised, and professional reception environment

Requirements:

  • Previous reception experience is essential (spa, salon, hotel, or similar preferred)
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and a warm, friendly manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Availability on weekends and flexibility across weekdays
  • Sales experience
