Our Frankton Dental Practice is looking for a full-time Receptionist /Sterilisation Assistant to join their team. The team provide oral health care for long term patients and new patients from all walks of life.

A professional  and close knit practice, are looking for someone reliable, warm, dedicated, passionate and attentive to join them.

Job Description

As the Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, handling patient recalls, completing payment processing, banking, and other admin duties. With this role, there is room for growth and development.

When you are working as a Sterilisation Assistant, you will ensure best practice is followed to sterilise equipment correctly and manage infection control.

The hours for the role are below:

  • Monday : pm
  • Tuesday : :30 pm
  • Wednesday : :00 pm
  • Thursday: pm
  • Friday: 7:15am - 4:00pm

Qualifications

We are seeking a person with:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk or Administrator
  • Dental experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt.
