The Role: Full-Time Spa Therapist

Location: The Well Spa, Queenstown, 11 Earl St, Queenstown New Zealand

Start Date: Immediate start

The Well Spa is a serene oasis in the heart of Queenstown, offering exceptional treatments in a tranquil and luxurious environment. We specialize in massages, facials, and personalised self-care experiences for both locals and visitors to Queenstown.

We are seeking a skilled and outgoing Spa Therapist, with a strong focus on face treatments to join our team. This full-time role includes both hands-on therapy and reception duties, making it ideal for a professional who thrives in a client-focused environment wanting a long term role in which they can grow.

What We're Looking For:

  • A warm, outgoing, professional, and client-first attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A commitment to high standards of personal presentation and customer service
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Spa Therapist, with confidence in a full range of spa treatments
  • A Certification or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage
  • New Zealand residency or a valid work visa (with over one year of validity)

Ideal but Not Essential:

We are happy to train the right candidate

  • Experience in a luxury or five-star environment
  • Experience with reception.
