We are currently looking for a professional, motivated individual who has a passion for customer service to join our team as a Night Auditor/Night Cleaner for an immediate start
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively undertake the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading.
- Provide quality service to the guest by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, maintaining maximum guest satisfaction.
- Responsibly ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Public Areas and carry out regular cleaning duties.
Work Experience
Applicants must hold the right to work in New Zealand.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably including 5 star experience.
- Full, clean valid New Zealand drivers license is essential.
- Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Opera or a similar property management system preferred
