Experienced Residential Property Manager

We're redefining what first-class property management looks like – and we need an experienced, dynamic Property Manager to join our team

Location: Te Aro, Wellington

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

As our Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties owned by two key investors. You'll be part of a passionate, high-energy team that celebrates success, thrives on collaboration, and enjoys a vibrant office atmosphere (complete with plenty of laughter and an excellent coffee machine).


What you'll do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio.
  • Work with our viewing specialist to convert leads and help clients find their new homes.
  • Handle all aspects of tenancy administration – from reference checks and contract signing to key handovers, payments, and exit processing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle, including managing payments, contract changes, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and communications in our database.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to grow the business and add value to the portfolio.
  • Liaise with our Maintenance Manager to ensure properties meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Be available for occasional after-hours call-outs and Saturday viewings during peak periods.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in residential property management (3+ years).
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Palace, Console).
  • Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational ability.
  • Resilience and confidence in handling customer service issues.
  • Solid computer and numeracy skills.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humour – we're a team that loves working together
  • Full, clean NZ driver's licence.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to develop your skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and lead when required.

Experience in residential property management is essential.
