Motel Manager who will oversee all aspects of motel operations, with supervision and support.

Main duties include ensuring all aspects of our accommodation and property meet the high standards;

Front office duties including registering and assisting guests, processing reservations and bookings, processing payments from guests and agents, enforcing all company safety procedures for staff and guests, overseeing housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and inventories, assisting with staff rostering. 

This is hands-on management for an organized, self-motivated, dependable, and disciplined individual, with at least two years of motel management experience.  Fluency in written and spoken English plus computer skills using Office software essential; familiarity with reservations software a plus.  Ensuite accommodation provided with shared communal kitchen and lounge.  Hours of operation are 8am to 9pm daily, plus on call after-hours as required; 6 days a week.
