The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team and take charge of the daily operation of our restaurant, bar and room service. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, and perfect for someone who loves being part of the action — coaching a small team, managing rosters, maintaining standards, and driving sales.

If you're an experienced Restaurant Manager or a confident Restaurant Supervisor ready to step up, we'd love to hear from you. This role has real potential for growth and offers the chance to run Jimmy Cooks restaurant with strong support from our Food & Beverage and leadership teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day
  • Manage daily operations including rostering, budgets and stock control
  • Build and motivate your team through training, communication and care
  • Drive revenue through promotions, upselling and local engagement
  • Maintain compliance with Food Control and the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Acts
  • Ensure high standards of presentation, safety and service are always met

What You'll Bring

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality management/supervisory experience
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with a calm, positive attitude
  • Ability to manage budgets, stock and staffing with attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with great people and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with technology and hotel systems (SCM, Teams, Pulse preferred)
