Jimmy Coops is seeking a Duty /Co-manager to join our vibrant waterfront restaurant and bar on the lakefront in Taupō.

Jimmy Coops is a casual restaurant and bar— renowned for outstanding service, legendary burgers, and slow-cooked BBQ meats that keep people coming back. Our evolving drinks menu features craft beers, as well as a creative selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

We have a "Paddock to Pint" and "Paddock to Plate" philosophy. Our beef and lamb come directly from our own farm, and our Lakeman Brewing Co. beers are brewed on-site at the farm as well. Keeping it fresh and local.

As part of our team, you'll be well supported by the owners and the senior management team. In this leadership role, you'll balance day-to-day operations and help shape the direction of Jimmy Coops.
