About the role

Assist the Director with comprehensive document and data management tasks, ensuring accurate updates and organization. Additionally, provide essential support in handling daily general administrative responsibilities.

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills and experience prioritizing workload.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofing skills.
  • Capable of accurately and promptly maintaining data updates and management.
  • An ability to seek opportunities to provide support and be more effective will be highly valued.
  • A 'can-do', positive attitude, ready to tackle any task with tenacity and flair.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Customer service experience will be a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
