Are you a seasoned Oncology / Haematology nurse looking for a new challenge.

The successful candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and be committed to delivering warm, professional, supportive patient and family/whanau care. You must have an interest and want to learn to deliver best care in an oncology setting. These roles will be based across our Newmarket and Wairau clinics as required.

You also must have a current New Zealand Nursing Council registration and practicing certificate.

Our ideal candidates will have:

• A positive and warm nursing style
• Ideally 3-4 years nursing experience,
• Oncology, haematology experience desirable.
• Confidence and clear communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent assessment skills
• Skilled in patient and family engagement
• Professionalism
• Clinical Trials Experience

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Administering chemotherapy/immunotherapy
• Assisting with delivery of Clinical Trials treatment and care under supervision of the clinical trials team
• Providing exceptional patient care
• Managing treatment safety, quality and risk
• Engaging with a multi-disciplinary team.
