This role offers a rare opportunity to join our award-winning team and help shape the guest journey through the quietest, yet most crucial, hours of the day. You'll be the key point of contact for guests after hours, ensuring every query is resolved with care and confidence, while also preparing the hotel for the day ahead.

The role:

  • Work across both front office and operational support duties during our overnight shift
  • Reconcile daily financials and manage late check-ins and assist with delivering room service
  • Perform hotel security checks
  • Assist with maintaining public areas
  • Be the backbone of our overnight operations

This dual role will see you working 2 shifts as Night Auditor and 2 as Night Porter per week.

*What we're looking for:*

  • Must have experience in Front Office within the hotel industry
  • Night Audit experience and Opera knowledge are a bonus, but not essential
  • Physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage
  • Professional communication in English and a calm, reassuring presence
  • Detail-focused with strong initiative, especially in security and guest support
  • A current GM Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is essential
