We are seeking a reliable, professional Night Shift Manager to join our busy, centrally located hotel. This is a permanent, overnight role ideal for someone with strong front office experience who thrives in a guest-focused environment.

About the Role

Working 10:00pm to 6:30am, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the night, ensuring a safe, smooth and welcoming environment for all guests. Full training will be provided, however previous hotel experience—especially in Front Office—is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain strong guest relations
  • Oversee night audit and ensure accurate reporting
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs and reservation enquiries
  • Resolve guest issues with professionalism and confidence
  • Maintain security and safety procedures throughout the shift
  • Support the overall operation of the hotel as required

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

  • Hotel Front Office experience (required)
  • A proven record of reliability and strong work ethic
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence working with hotel systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • A professional, well-presented demeanour
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
