Third age health is looking for a Junior recruitment coordinator to enable us to connect with practitioners nation wide. We are the leader in providing healthcare services to older adults residing in aged residential care. Our team of medical practitioners practice across New Zealand. At the core of what we do is the provision and management of healthcare services to aged care, private geriatric hospitals and dementia care facilities. This is a part time role that would suit someone looking for 10 hours a week.

  • Workforce Planning (ARC) 

    Stay in close contact with the team to understand forward resourcing needs across ARC customers.

  • Advertising & Candidate Sourcing 

    Prepare and manage job postings, liaise with external recruiters as needed, and proactively identify candidates through online channels and networks.

  • Initial Candidate Engagement 

    Hold initial conversations with potential candidates, clarify availability and rates, and filter for cultural and role fit.

  • Interview Coordination 

    Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely communication and feedback loops.

  • Offer & Contract Support 

    Support the contracting process for successful candidates (with support from the finance/admin team), including onboarding handover.

  • Process Improvement & Tracking 

    Keep a simple tracking system of candidate engagement, hire success rates, and time-to-fill metrics to identify what's working and where improvements can be made.
