We are looking for a motivated and organised team player to join our Talent Acquisition team.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of recruitment activities with a focus on Experienced Hire Support for our Audit, Assurance and Reporting Advisory team. There is no typical day but your duties may include:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles across Audit, Assurance and Reporting AdvisoryPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.Utilise our ATS and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and talent forecasting.Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and diversity hiring practices.Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders to inform decision-making.Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.Your expertise:Bring your passion for recruitment and see what impact you can make. You'll also have:3-5 years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business.Expertise in sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, and leveraging social media platforms.Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems, preferably SmartRecruiters or similar platforms.Familiarity with video interviewing tools, such as HireVue, and comfort with virtual recruitment processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights.Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities with agility and attention to detail.Team-oriented with experience mentoring junior recruiters or contributing to recruitment process improvements.Continuous learner, staying up to date with market trends, talent acquisition innovations, and emerging technologies.Making an impact that matters, togetherWe are driven by our desire to create positive outcomes for our clients, communities, and people.
