About the role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, content creation, and data analysis, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in marketing and brand communications.

Key responsibilities

  • Event data management:
    Collect, organize, and analyze marketing event data to support campaign evaluation and decision-making.
  • Customer communication:
    Manage event-related email responses and follow up with participants.
  • Content creation:
    Assist in social media content planning; write and edit brand promotion materials, event summaries, and marketing insights to ensure consistent tone and brand messaging.
  • Cross-department support:
    Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing projects, brand material organization, event budget reimbursements, and administrative coordination.

What we're looking for

  • Strong skills in data organization, copywriting, and content editing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat).
  • A detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable team player with excellent time management.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
