About the Role

As a Senior Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the go-to technical expert within a collaborative team of six. Your mission? Keep the organization running smoothly by providing Level 2 technical support and resolving complex issues with confidence.

You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, including:

  • Windows 11 OS
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure
  • Entra ID
  • Common desktop applications

This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and technical excellence.

Skills & Experience

  • Service Desk Expertise: Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
  • ITIL Framework: Certification or practical experience highly regarded.
  • Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
