The Opportunity

The Head of Finance is a key member of the Senior Management Team and not just a guardian of numbers; this is a pivotal strategic role at the core of MOI's commercial growth story. You'll be a key voice at the leadership table, turning financial insight into business strategy that fuels performance, profitability, and long-term success. As the financial steward of the organisation, you'll lead everything from reporting and budgeting to cash flow, forecasting, and risk management. What You'll Do

• Lead financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic and commercial advice that drives growth and profitability.
• Deliver accurate management reporting and insights to support informed decision-making.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Working Capital to ensure strong financial control.
• Manage FX risk and ensure full compliance with tax and reporting obligations.
• Analyse sales, margins, and profitability to support pricing and commercial decisions.
• Optimise inventory, debtors, and cashflow to enhance business performance.
• Maintain accurate ERP and financial data, ensuring efficient systems and reporting.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance team.

About You

You're a commercially astute finance leader with the ability to balance strategy and execution. You're comfortable translating numbers into business insights and enjoy being part of a collaborative, values-driven team.

You will bring:

• A Commerce or Business degree.
• CA/CPA qualification (must).
• 7+ years experience with at least 3 years in a Finance leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (M3 preferred).
• Experience in FMCG or distribution industries (preferred).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop finance teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
• A proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for driving business improvement.
