As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., personal data, attendance, evaluations)
  • Assist in processing payroll in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company procedures
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and engagement initiatives
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and documentation
  • Assist with organizing company events, team meetings, and internal communications

Administration

  • Manage office administration, including supplies, correspondence, meeting coordination, and filing
  • Oversee procurement processes: sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitor inventory levels and handle purchase orders
  • Support financial functions including budget tracking and record management
  • · Maintain and train staff on the Document Management System (DMS), ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Coordinate marketing support: assist in campaign execution, social media, and promotional events
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance procedures including audits and documentation

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written) – this is a mandatory requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in automotive or retail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability under pressure
