DevSecOps Engineer / Cloud Infrastructure Lead

Who We're Looking For We need someone who's not just technically strong, but who takes ownership, thinks creatively, and genuinely cares about what they build.

You'll be the guardian of our cloud infrastructure, office network, and cybersecurity — keeping our digital world stable and secure while we innovate at pace.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
  • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters
  • Build and maintain secure, efficient CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement DevSecOps practices that enhance speed and safety
  • Manage Cloudflare setup and performance
  • Oversee office networks and systems built on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and SQL Server
  • Monitor systems proactively to ensure high uptime and reliability
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless deployments

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps experience
  • Strong GCP and Kubernetes skills
  • CI/CD pipeline expertise (GitLab, GitHub, etc.)
  • Terraform or other IaC experience
  • Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and security
  • Experience managing Microsoft environments (SharePoint, 365, SQL Server)
  • Database proficiency with SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • Skilled in SQL/NoSQL queries and database management

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Insphire platform
  • HubSpot integration and admin skills
  • 3CX phone system setup and maintenance
  • Familiarity with container security tools
  • Knowledge of modern monitoring/logging stacks

Technical Toolkit

  • Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell
  • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
  • Version control: Git
  • Strong grasp of network protocols and security fundamentals
