Kstruct is on the lookout for an experienced, motivated, skilled Foreman to join our growing construction team.

Kstruct specialises in large Commercial and Civil infrastructure projects.

We have grown a reputation for our high-quality work across those areas and are looking for the next incredible person to join our team.

You will work closely with senior management to ensure the highest quality works are delivered on time and on budget in a safe manner. We value input and want people to work with us who can identify issues before they arise and deal with them in a professional and timely way.

This is a period of growth for Kstruct, and we are developing a team of high achieving and driven people who want to succeed at that top level. The team we have in place currently are a determined and driven bunch of people and we look to you our foreman to drive that on site every day.

Key Duties

  • Assisting crew constructing formwork for concrete foundations and structures.
  • Asist with pouring and finishing concrete.
  • Organise site labour, tools and materials.
  • Ensure health and safety, and quality standards are compliant.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
  • Liaise with site supervisor, project manager and sub-contractors.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Read and interpret construction plans and instructions to meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven record of successful delivery of projects.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Valid NZ driver's license.
