**Site Foreman - Construction (ANZSCO 133112)**
**Location**: Canterbury Region
**Pay Range**: $32 - $40 per hour
**Minimum Guaranteed Hours**: 30 hours per week (additional weekend work may be required depending on demand)

**Greentech Tech Industries Limited** is seeking an experienced and motivated **Site Foreman** to oversee and coordinate construction site activities for our growing operations in the Canterbury region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage on-site construction teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to guide construction work
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed
- Coordinate and schedule material deliveries and workforce allocations
- Report daily progress and issues to project managers

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum **2 years of relevant work experience** in a similar role; or
- A **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical construction documents
- Sound knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance

This is a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Additional hours, including weekend work, may be required based on project demands.
