Earthworks Foreman

We're on the lookout for an experienced Earthworks Foreman for our civil client - someone who's solid on the tools, confident running the day, and happy to jump on a machine or muck in on the ground when needed.

If you know your way around cut and fills, slab preps, and general site works, and you enjoy a good mix of hands-on work and leading crews, this is the role for you You'll be working across everything from house pads to big commercial sites, so no two days will look the same.

Role:

Is for an experienced Earthworks Foreman with strong experience across various earthworks and site works projects. You will be confident reading plans, setting out, and running your crew. Experience operating plant is a must - you'll be happy jumping on anything from skidsteers (essential), excavators, rollers, and loaders. You will be capable working with a crew, as well as independently, depending on the size of the project.

This company tackle everything from civil earthworks, site works, drainage, subdivisions, trucking, and more, so the team is varied and you will have plenty of opportunity to diverse your skillset down the track. What we are looking for:

• Strong experience across residential, commercial earthworks and site works
• Confidence on a range of plant (skidsteer experience is a must)
• Solid know-how with cut & fills, slab preps, and civil operations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a tight crew
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Full driver's license, WTR, and Class 2+ a bonus
