The Role
In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of delivering an exceptional customer experience across every service channel and portfolio. You'll ensure policies are managed with precision, communication is clear, and every interaction is meaningful all while upholding company values and meeting regulatory standards.
You'll combine leadership with operational oversight and innovation, driving system enhancements, digital transformation, and the integration of automation and AI tools. Your focus will be on strengthening data integrity, boosting efficiency, and elevating service quality throughout the entire customer journey.
Your Profile
- 3+ years customer service and people management experience
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience within the insurance industry is highly advantageous
- Dynamic, collaborative and innovative
