Accounts Administrator/ Officer

About the Role
As our Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the transactional, accounting, and finance needs of our corporate finance team. You'll be the Workday Expense Management super user, manage timesheet reporting via FletcherTech ServiceNow, and contribute to process improvements across NZ and AU corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Workday expense management platform and corporate credit card program
- Lead the Workday super user community and drive process improvements
- Manage supplier setup, purchase orders, and transactional accounting tasks
- Own the FletcherTech timesheet system and reporting
- Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks
What You'll Bring
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with MS Office (especially Excel) & JD Edwards 9.1 experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
