Based in Penrose, offices are close to all public transport as well as free onsite parking.  This role does require you to be in the office, and is 20 hours a week.

As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day bookkeeping tasks essential to the business and finance operations.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming invoices and ensuring timely approval
  • Preparing payment reconciliation sheets
  • Generating monthly customer statements
  • Managing inquiries related to invoices and assisting with credit card reconciliation
  • Maintaining organised financial records and providing support to the Finance Manager

You will have experience in a similar financial administration position, be comfortable working with new systems and at an Intermediate level of Excel.  To fit in, it is important you have a 'can do, positive and team playing' attitude.
