Engage Squared is an award-winning, fast-growing company that believes in great workplace culture and investing in our people.

We're on a mission to empower employees to enjoy work more - using Microsoft tools to make work more productive, collaborative, and connected. We specialise in creating modern workplaces with Microsoft technologies; helping organisations to work better, together, faster.

Our vision is to create a world where every employee has access to the tools, knowledge, and information that they need to enjoy work. We have offices across NZ, Australia, Japan, and Bali. This role is open to anyone located in Auckland and Wellington.  Due to the nature of the role and customers we can only accept applications from NZ Citizens - you will need to be able to undergo security clearances.

We are committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and as such we are proud to be nearly 50/50 Women/Men ... YES in the IT professional services industry this is rare to find.  If you see something that you would love to learn or not had much experience in, still apply – we can teach you

  • Creating a positive perception of the change by developing messaging and techniques to respond to resistance, improve change willingness, and emphasize benefits
  • Taking part in demos/roadshows at client sites in lead up to go-live or during launch
  • Engaging with end-users through analysis interviews, focus groups and during launch phase at genius bars, or floor walking
  • Undertaking analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of change & adoption campaigns on end users
  • Staying abreast of product changes within the Microsoft ecosystem, to support continued enhancement of our collateral and internal knowledge, including running Brown Bags to keep our staff across latest functionality
  • Ongoing involvement in internal innovation of our approach and deliverables
  • Liaising with Project Managers through project lifecycle and light touch ownership of project resourcing and budget requirements
  • Where required, involvement in Engage Squared marketing events such as Office 365 User Groups, Responsive Coffee, webinars etc.
