About the Role:

We are seeking a Change Lead to join our team on a part-time (4days/week) for a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Head of Change and Organisation Development. In this role, you will provide programme-wide change leadership across our transformation, ensuring adoption, engagement, and sustainable outcomes. You will coach leaders, align project change plans to the overall programme strategy, and oversee stakeholder engagement, readiness, and benefits realisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering strategic change and engagement initiatives.
  • Coaching and supporting leaders and project teams in change execution.
  • Building organisational change capability and embedding consistent approaches.
  • Partnering with the Communications Manager on stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitoring change risks, readiness, and adoption, ensuring seamless transition to BAU.

About You:

You are a seasoned change leader with proven experience delivering large-scale, complex transformations. You bring both strategic foresight and practical know-how, enabling you to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while providing clarity and direction.

You will also have:

  • Strong track record in leading enterprise-wide change and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to build trust across all levels.
  • Experience in coaching leaders and teams to build change capability.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience in multi-project or programme environments.
  • Knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and proven application in practice.
