The Role

Reporting to the head of operations, the Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM within the organisation. This position focuses on the people side of change, driving stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness activities by working closely with project leads, business owners, and support teams.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with project and organizational goals.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected groups, processes, and systems.
  • Define success metrics and monitor change readiness across stakeholder groups.
  • Plan and prepare for training, gauging readiness, and ensuring constant communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver communication to stakeholders
  • Identify and upskill trainers and product champions
  • Change Implementation Support
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Reporting and Governance updates

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in organisational change management, ideally within large IT projects.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM ideally D365 CRM, implementations.
