**What will you do?**

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Lead to join our team and drive the seamless delivery of our transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for determining and driving change at the organisational level, ensuring the successful embedding of change and communication capabilities across people, processes, and systems. Your efforts will be key in aligning and sustaining our transformation objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the transformation initiatives are effectively integrated across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement a change management strategy to support initiative owners effectively implement transformation initiatives.
- Support initiative owners develop effective initiative work plans that include change management activities.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Work with our L&D team to identify, design and deliver training programs for all impacted groups i.e. users, support organisation.
- Identify benefits and success criteria.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
- Consult and coach project team on best practice change management.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Design, develop, deliver and manage communications in conjunction with our Ryman Comms team.
