Reporting to the Stores Manager, you will be providing general administrative support to the Contracting Stores team. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and issuing accurate stock. Based in Whangarei, you will also be responsible to:
- Create, issue and receipt purchase orders to preferred suppliers to meet replenishment requirements
- Maintain data quality control & run daily cycle counts
- Provide service at the counter to our internal customers
- Investigate and correct stores allocation errors
- Process documentation and financial record-keeping

Ideally you are a “Get Up and Go” individual who is highly motivated and knows how to use your initiative to solve problems. You will also have:
- High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work with strong time management
- Be safety conscious, punctual and reliable
- Build and maintain good relations with stakeholders
- It would be an added advantage if you are computer-savvy in MS Office Suite and have experience in using JDE or any ERP system
