In this vital role, you will provide support within the administration team and work closely with the technicians.

Your ability to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your time will ensure the smooth running of a range of administration tasks in this truly varied role. You'll also have great attention to detail and a high degree of discretion.

Keeping cool under pressure is second nature as is the ability to think on your feet and problem solve any issues you may encounter. Your approachable nature means you love working as part of a team and you're always willing to pitch in and help to get the job done but are just as comfortable working on your own.

You communicate effectively with people of all levels, have a positive attitude and a great sense of humour. You'll be computer savvy bringing excellent Microsoft Office skills with the ability to pick up systems easily. A minimum of three years within an office environment is required.

This role is Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 4.00pm.

We offer good remuneration and a supportive and close-knit team.

You must be a New Zealand resident to apply for this position with a valid New Zealand Driver's License.
