What We're Looking For

We're after more than just experience, we want a proven performer who's ready to make an impact.

You'll bring:

  • A Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services (General Insurance strand)
  • 2+ years' experience in Domestic Fire & General insurance
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results
  • Commercial instincts and a knack for solving problems on the fly
  • Professionalism, accountability, and initiative in everything you do
  • A positive, team-first mindset
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage and convert a steady stream of warm, inbound leads
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from quote to close
  • Collaborate with teammates, sharing your knowledge and raising the bar
  • Build and nurture key partner relationshipswithin your network
  • Pitch in across the business, we're growing, and everyone contributes
