Are you a skilled insurance professional looking to take your career to new heights? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Domestic Insurance Broker to join our reputable client based in Auckland City.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice to clients regarding their domestic insurance needs, including home, contents, motor, and personal property insurance.
- Analyse clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options tailored to their individual circumstances.
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate favourable terms and premiums on behalf of clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's domestic insurance portfolio.
- Actively engage in client relationship management, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to effectively guide clients and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate documentation, including insurance policies, quotes, and claims, while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Domestic Insurance Broker, preferably within the New Zealand market.
- Profound knowledge of domestic insurance products, including home, contents, motor, and personal property insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations, policies, and procedures in New Zealand.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance underwriters.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in insurance, finance, or a related field will be highly advantageous.
