If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Domestic Broker based in the CBD Super central location
A leading insurance brokerage firm working with renowned insurance providers to offer expert advice and comprehensive insurance policies to our valued clients. As a Domestic Broker, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on client retention and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage and organise the existing client portfolio, ensuring all client renewals are reviewed annually.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's personal insurance needs and tailor recommended coverage to align with their specific risk profile.
- Process client renewals in a timely manner.
- Identify growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio and leverage your unique relationship and knowledge to act upon these opportunities.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and timely financial advice to clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Open to experience and industry background - We are looking for someone who is motivated by Insurance and can provide exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
