We are seeking a client-focused Insurance Broker to join our reputable Auckland-based brokerage. This is a highly rewarding role maintaining and nurturing an existing book of loyal domestic clients – homeowners, renters, and personal lines.

Your Role Will Include

  • Managing and servicing a portfolio of domestic clients
  • Conducting policy reviews, renewals, and ensuring coverage accuracy
  • Providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions
  • Acting as the trusted point of contact for all domestic insurance needs
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Domestic Insurance Broker (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of personal lines insurance products
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • A client-first mindset with attention to detail
  • New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance strand – is required
  • Must have current and valid working rights in New Zealand
