About our Project Management team

RPS has an established client-side project management consulting business across Australia and the Asia Pacific region, with over 400 project management professionals. Our New Zealand team, based in Wellington, continues to grow, supported by a strong pipeline of work and long-term projects that underpin our success.

As our project portfolio expands, we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Directors who would like to be considered for future opportunities within our Wellington-based Project Management team. We anticipate upcoming roles supporting clients across major infrastructure and water projects in the region.

About you

  • We're keen to hear from professionals who meet the following criteria:
  • Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction management or a related discipline
  • 10+ years' experience in project management, particularly in building and construction projects
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Proven ability in contract management, contract administration, and design management
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Project desirable
  • New Zealand citizenship or appropriate working rights
  • PRINCE2 or PMP certification is highly regarded
