We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership and drive the successful delivery of a business changes and transformation initiative that connects platforms, processes, and experiences that we will wrap around our Business and Retail customer journeys within agreed timeframes, scope, and budget. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, adherence to governance standards, and alignment with Kiwibank's approved methodologies.
The Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively with partners across the Discovery, Design, and Delivery phases to achieve key milestones.

For this role we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who brings strong leadership, thrives in complex delivery environments, and can turn strategic intent into clear, actionable plans. We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Proven experience in technology delivery, specifically implementing CRM solutions—ideally Salesforce.
- Strong stakeholder management skills including engagement with executive leadership
- Experienced in planning and delivering projects in complex environments with multiple dependencies
- Confident in leading teams, taking ownership and driving proactive delivery
- Proficient in developing investment cases, managing budgets and tracking benefits
- Experienced in turning strategy into actionable delivery plans
- Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to integrate feedback into delivery
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and leading business change initiatives
- Background in business transformation, customer experience or digital delivery
- Banking experience is preferred but not essential
