A trusted name in the food industry, known for producing high-quality baked goods for both local and international markets is on the search for an office assistant to join their tight knit team in West Auckland. They are passionate about delivering excellence and maintaining strong relationships with their customers and pride themselves on a supportive and collaborative work environment.
THE ROLE:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll preparation and related admin tasks
- General office administration and support to the wider team
- Working with suppliers and maintaining
- Supporting with the export process
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel)
- Experience with invoicing and payroll is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team Player
