Personal Assistant and Office Administrator

We are a thriving company operating at the intersection of the mortgage, property, and beauty industries, seeking a talented individual to join our team as a PA in combination with Office Administrator.
**What You'll Do**:
- To provide administration services to THE MORTGAGE HERO and affiliated companies.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management and other tam members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, existing employees, suppliers, delivering outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall success of the team.
- More details on the tasks will be provided during the interview process.
**To be successful you will be**:
- Technically capable - knowledge of
- MS Office 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Basic Adobe Designing
- Social Media Marketing and Maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Engaged, hardworking and capable to work autonomously.
- Keen to learn and take instruction.
- Professional in your communication style and personal presentation.
