About The Role

You'll collaborate closely with a wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and connect with professionals across an extensive network of services and contracts.

What You Have To Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team through regular meetings, case discussions, and shared learning
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise clinic performance and client outcomes
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Manage client feedback and resolve any issues to maintain high service standards
- Champion professional development for your team and yourself, identifying growth opportunities
- Provide advanced, hands-on physiotherapy including MSK, rehabilitation, pain management, and independence-focused interventions
- Maintain clear, comprehensive clinical documentation that accurately reflects each client's rehabilitation journey
Skills And Experience
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand, holding a current APC
- 2 years + New Zealand experience is ESSENTIAL
- Full, clean driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive in your approach
- A genuine commitment to professional development, teamwork, and high-quality client care
