We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Auckland based team. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead and management to guide, mentor and work collaboratively with an amazing team of Allied Health. This is a Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week) role, based in Auckland.

**He Momo | About you**:
You are a clinician with strong experience in completing a wide range of ACC assessments and rehabilitation interventions. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for teaching, mentorship, and performance management who is looking to further develop their leadership capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentor, monitor and support staffing capability, efficiency and performance.
- Manage, triage and allocate referrals.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical lead and other team leads across the organisation.
- Provide comprehensive needs-based assessments and rehabilitation programmes for a wide range of service users.
- Be responsible for delivering high-quality care to restore the health of our service users at home or in other community-based settings as required.
- Work independently to plan and implement appropriate and timely treatment plans for the service users.
- An Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy qualification with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Experience with ACC contracts TI / SRNA / SNA / Housing Modifications / Wheelchair and Seating assessments is highly valued.
- Experience with neurological multidisciplinary rehabilitation in the community.
- Good time management and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- A commitment to providing the best service delivery to our service users
- Current Full NZ Driver License
- The ability to travel around the greater Auckland area and beyond
- Must have the right to work legally and permanently in New Zealand
