**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

Te Whatu Ora is looking for a talented and personable Property Manager to assist our Senior Property Manager in delivering services across our District (and New Zealand). We have 4 main campuses and over 80 leased sites within our District. You will be working within the Property & Facilities team in the Support Services unit and alongside our other business units and trades people.

You will also have exposure to external Property Manager Consultants, landlords, contractors, and occupants of our leased sites. Our portfolio includes hospital buildings, administration/office buildings, dental hubs, community clinics and other leased premises vital to the delivery of Te Whatu Ora services across the District.

This is a demanding and interesting role, encompassing a wide range of clients, and building types - experience in the public sector client-side leasing would be advantageous.

**Moū - About you**
- A relevant property qualification or at least 5 years relevant experience and background is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Knowledge of document management systems
- A Proven experience and track record of success in a property management role
- Good word processing and PC skills including the production and design of documents, letters, reports and presentations
- Ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets
- Good communication skills (both oral and written), including previous experience in report writing
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- The ability to undertake basic property related tasks with mínimal supervision
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Well-developed time management skills to enable deadlines to be managed and met.
