We provide a wide range of services including handyman work, decks and fencing, lawn and garden maintenance, exterior cleaning, healthy homes inspections, and more. About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Office Manager to join our small, growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the key point of contact for customers, coordinate our tradies' schedules, and keep operations running smoothly.

You'll manage everything from customer enquiries to invoicing and health & safety systems, as well as assist in developing standard operating procedures and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Schedule and book jobs using Tradify (our job management software)
  • Send invoices through Tradify and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Communicate with field staff to coordinate daily jobs and ensure smooth workflow
  • Take ownership of Health & Safety management using HazardCo software
  • Support the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with business development and marketing initiatives to help drive growth
  • Manage basic accounts and reconciliation tasks using Xero
  • General administration support and office organisation

About You

  • Strong experience in office administration or operations (ideally in a trades or service industry)
  • Confident using digital tools such as Tradify, Xero, and HazardCo (or similar platforms)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills – friendly, professional, and clear
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a small office environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and a "get things done" attitude
