The Anglican Trust for Women & Children (ATWC) is a multi-disciplinary Social Services organisation with over one hundred and sixty years of service to families in our community. We have an exciting permanent full time (37.5 hours per week) People & Culture Administrator position available within the People & Culture Team.

Based in Ōtāhuhu, you will be working with a range of key stakeholders on internal projects. You pride yourself on your high level of self-motivation, discipline, organisational skills, and ability to work autonomously, but still thrive in a team environment. Mō te tūnga | About the role

As part of a close-knit People & Culture team, you will

  • Provide Human Resource Administration support for the People & Culture team and the wider organisation as required.
  • Process fortnightly payroll alongside the Human Resources Coordinator.
  • Support Health & Safety within the organisation
  • Have strong cultural awareness & humility to uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its core principles

Mōu | About you

Just as this role is varied, so is your experience. You will preferably have:

  • Experience in Administration
  • 1 – 2 years in an HR support or administration role
  • Experience in HRIS systems (ideally ELMO)
  • Experience in Recruitment Coordination
  • Experience in Onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Experience in maintaining employee records and compliance documentation
  • Resilient and focused work ethic
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with NZ Employment Law and H&S regulations or willingness to learn
  • You're positive, energetic and like to get things done
  • Strong values with an honest and ethical approach
