**About this Opportunity**

Reporting to the Health & Safety Business Partner. We are looking for a detail-oriented, and highly organised Administrator to join our Health & Safety Team in Auckland, Otahuhu on a 6 month fixed term contract.

This role requires an enthusiastic individual who possesses great attention to detail and is reliable, confident, and eager to learn. You will be working in a professional environment and supporting the Health & Safety Business Partner with a variety of office administration tasks.

**Your key responsibilities will include**
- Support H & Safety Business Partner with H&S systems and administration
- Prepare reports and documents
- Load and maintain records
- Maintain training and induction registers
- Coordinate Trainings as required
- Overseeing contractor management profiles and inductions
- Maintain health and safety related records and documentation
- General administration tasks, incl. scanning and filing documentation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to prioritise tasks through good time management and organisation skills
- A person with a genuine and committed approach towards Health & Safety
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Programs)
