At Jennian Homes Canterbury, we pride ourselves on creating dream homes for happy clients. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care & Consents Administrator to join our team in delivering an enjoyable building experience and a quality home. This is a part-time position expected to take 30 hours each week.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Uploading & and managing contract documentation
- Providing regular updates and managing client variations during the pre-construction phase
- Following up with clients on kitchen and colour selections
- Ensuring a smooth project handover to the Project Manager
- Uploading plans and specifications for contract pricing and estimation
- Overseeing consent applications, correspondence, and administrative tasks from application to release.
- Responding to queries relating to consent applications, RFIs, and Resource Consents.
To be successful in this this role, you'll need to be detail-oriented, confident in managing multiple priorities, and have strong communication skills. You'll need to have proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in the construction industry and have a high level of proficiency with IT systems.
