We’re looking for a Client Director to join our team Someone who brings deep banking experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships that drive strategic impact.
This is a growth-focused leadership role where you’ll manage a portfolio of corporate clients and lead a high-performing relationship team.
You will deliver tailored financial solutions, uncover new opportunities, and guide clients through complex financial landscapes with confidence and clarity.
What you’ll be doing:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, offering strategic advice and bespoke banking solutions
Growing our corporate portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and deepening existing relationships
Collaborating with product specialists, credit analysts, and other internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Structuring and assessing complex credit transactions, providing expert recommendations aligned with our risk appetite
Staying ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage risk and uncover opportunities

Where your expertise matters
Deep experience in corporate banking, with a strong understanding of financial products
Proven ability to build and grow market presence, with established networks and client relationships
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insight into action
Strong leadership and coaching skills – you’re a natural mentor who lifts others up
Expertise in credit risk and deal structuring, including complex and syndicated lending
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with credibility at all levels
