We're looking for a Client Director to join our team Someone who brings deep banking experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships that drive strategic impact.

This is a growth-focused leadership role where you'll manage a portfolio of corporate clients and lead a high-performing relationship team. You will deliver tailored financial solutions, uncover new opportunities, and guide clients through complex financial landscapes with confidence and clarity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, offering strategic advice and bespoke banking solutions
  • Growing our corporate portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and deepening existing relationships
  • Collaborating with product specialists, credit analysts, and other internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Structuring and assessing complex credit transactions, providing expert recommendations aligned with our risk appetite
  • Staying ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage risk and uncover opportunities

  • Deep experience in corporate banking, with a strong understanding of financial products
  • Proven ability to build and grow market presence, with established networks and client relationships
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills - you're a natural mentor who lifts others up
  • Expertise in credit risk and deal structuring, including complex and syndicated lending
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with credibility at all levels
