Dispatcher with Forklift Experience

We're on the lookout for a switched-on and energetic Dispatcher to join our Cambridge warehouse team

As part of our wider outbound crew servicing both Domestic and International customers - you'll be making sure orders are picked, packed, staged, and sent on their way with accuracy, speed, and a big dose of pride. You'll help keep our freight flowing smoothly, our customers happy, and our warehouse humming.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Outbound Team Leader, working with a team to support each other and ensure the outbound area runs like a well-oiled machine.

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

Forklift Operation:

A current forklift licence is essential — you'll be able to confidently move pallets, stage orders, load containers, and replenish the pickface.

Order Dispatching:

You'll take ownership of preparing orders for shipment — checking accuracy, staging freight, and ensuring everything is ready to roll for couriers and transport partners.

Outbound Coordination:

You'll load and unload transport vehicles and containers with precision, helping ensure dispatch times are met and freight is handled safely.

Pick & Pack Support:

You'll assist with picking, packing, labelling, and consolidating orders to make sure customers get exactly what they need, right when they need it.

Paperwork & Accuracy:

You'll ensure dispatch documentation is complete and correct, helping us maintain high levels of accuracy and traceability.

Continuous Improvement:

Spot opportunities to improve workflow, tidy up processes, and support warehouse efficiency — we love fresh thinking.

Versatile Team Player:

From supporting stock movements to helping other areas when needed, you'll muck in wherever you're needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
